Technology Atelier (“TA”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all information processed through our software platforms and digital services. This Privacy Policy describes how TA handles data in connection with its products, websites, and cloud-based solutions.

Privacy Policy - the basics

1. No Personal Data Collection by TA Software

TA’s software solutions do not collect, store, or process personal data about end users unless explicitly provided by the customer.

When customers use TA’s cloud-based applications, authentication is performed exclusively through their own identity provider (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID). TA does not store:

  • Usernames

  • Passwords

  • Personal profiles

  • Contact information

  • Employee identifiers

TA receives only the minimum technical information required for secure platform access.

2. Authentication and Identity Management

​

  • Users authenticate using their organization’s identity systems.

  • TA does not issue or manage user credentials.

  • Multi-factor authentication and access policies are fully governed by the customer.

  • If a customer disables a user account, access to TA systems is automatically revoked.

 

3. Technical and Operational Data

​

TA may process non-identifying technical data to ensure system operation and security, including:

  • System logs

  • Application performance metrics

  • Error diagnostics

  • Usage metadata

This data cannot be used to identify an individual.

4. Data Security and Hosting

​

TA’s cloud solutions are hosted using secure, industry-recognized cloud infrastructure providers. TA applies appropriate safeguards, including:

  • Encryption at rest

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)

  • Access control and auditing

  • Secure development practices

  • Role-based permissions

Customer data is not stored outside the approved cloud environment.

5. No Sale or Sharing of Data

​

TA does not:

  • Sell data

  • Share data for marketing

  • Transfer data to third parties without customer authorization

Data is processed solely for the delivery and support of TA’s services.

6. Data Retention

​

TA retains customer data only for as long as required to provide services or as directed by the customer. Upon termination or agreement, TA securely deletes or returns customer data.
